A flower & produce sale at the Memorial Hall on Saturday 24th August. Everyone is welcome.

Launching Green Community Initiative

At the flower & produce sale we will be launching our Green Community Initiative for both villages.

• Do you grow plants for pollinators on your land?

• Do you put up bird or bat boxes in your garden?

• Do you avoid using chemical pest control (herbicides and pesticides)?

• Do you encourage hedgehogs and birds into your garden?

If you do one of more of the above actions, you may be helping to increase biodiversity in our community.  Put a green dot over your property on the map at the event.
