Well-being Objectives and the Priorities

The Council is inviting residents to have their say on its Well-being Objectives and the Priorities set out in its Council Plan (2023-28).

The Council Plan (2023-28) is a list of things the Council has committed to do to support local people and communities.

When setting out what we plan to do, we have considered how we can help people today and how we can protect the well-being of people in the future - our children and our children's children. These are called our 'Well-being objectives'.

Not everything the Council does is mentioned in the Council Plan (2023-28), yet every day all the work carried out by the Council, in its own way, helps deliver what we have set out to do.

Our Council Plan (2023-28), which includes details of our Well-being Objectives, are on our website.

We would like to ask you some questions about what is important to you.  The answers you give us will help us understand if the things we list in the Council Plan (2023-28) are right or if they need changing.

Anyone who has an interest in Flintshire can answer the questions, for example people who live here, go to school or college here, own a business or work here or who visit, shop or come on holiday here.

Residents who are unable to complete the survey online can visit any of the Council’s Connects Centres where support will be available.   Centres are open 9am to 4.30pm on the following days:

  • Buckley:  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

  • Connah’s Quay, Flint and Holywell: Monday to Friday

  • Mold:  Monday, Wednesday, Friday
